Everything merchants ask before installing.
Can I auto-post Shopify products to TikTok?
Yes. Magik connects to TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, and posts content built from your Shopify catalogue on a schedule you set once. TikTok requires a connected account with posting permission granted during setup.
What is an AI UGC video, and how is it made?
A creator-style short video — a presenter-style clip built around your product, generated from the photos already in your Shopify store. You do not film anything or appear on camera. Creator videos are on the Standard plan and above.
Do posts go out without me seeing them first?
No. Posts are generated roughly a week ahead and appear in a calendar inside the app. Edit the caption, change the time, or cancel a post before it publishes.
What do I need to connect Instagram?
Instagram must be a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page, and you need an admin role on that Page. This is an Instagram API requirement — it applies to every scheduling tool, not just Magik.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — 100 posts a month with 60 credits, no card required. It posts your own product photos with AI-written captions. Paid plans start at $19/month with a 7-day trial.
How is this different from Buffer or Hootsuite?
Buffer and Hootsuite are general schedulers: you supply the content. Magik is connected to your Shopify catalogue and produces the content itself — creator videos, product images and captions — then schedules it.
What are credits, and how are they spent?
Credits are spent only when AI produces something. A caption costs a little, a generated product image more, a creator video the most — reflecting what each actually costs to make. Publishing a post costs nothing.
Does it write captions in my language?
Yes. You set language and tone during setup, and captions are written from the real product title, description and price in that language.
